The index and images for Plats, Maps, and Right-of-Way documents are included in the Official Records and can be searched through the ‘Official Records Search’ feature on the Clerk’s website. Plat books are searchable in the Official Records in numeric form only. Please refer to the chart below for the Alphabetical to Numeric Plat Book Conversion when searching the Official Records.

Copies of these documents can also be ordered from the Record Center located at 870 NW 4th Avenue, Ocala, Florida. Please provide the plat book/page, name of the subdivision, and legal description that includes the lot and block number. Plats are available in 11” x 17” copies or electronic TIFF image at a cost of $5.00 per page, or in 8 ½” x 14” copies at a cost of $1.00 per page.
