Marriage License Research Request

Marion County marriage licenses recorded from 1965 to the present may be viewed online.  Before 1965, the marriage license records are archived on microfilm.  Certified copies of these records may be ordered from the Record Center at the above addresses; the same fees would apply.  Please provide both spouses’ names and date of marriage or book/page file numbers with your request.

For marriage licenses issued by another Florida county, you would need to contact that county directly or contact the Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics at (904) 359-6900 or visit the Florida Department of Health website.
