Pursuant to s. 197.512, Florida Statutes, the notice of filing of a certificate for tax deed and the resulting tax deed sale date and time, should the certificate not be redeemed, will be published in the Voice of South Marion newspaper once a week for four consecutive weeks at weekly intervals. The tax deed sale will be held at least 30 days after the first publication of the notice.
