Marriage ceremony services are performed by appointment only, walk-in requests cannot be accommodated. The fee for this service is $30. To request an in-person appointment, please contact the Marriage License Department at 352-671-5588. You will need to provide the following information:
- Both names of the couple getting married
- Telephone number and email address
- Application number stated on the marriage license
Appointments for ceremony services will be scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm. Once the appointment has been scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent.
At the time of your appointment, each spouse will need to present their identification and the ceremony fee will be collected. Once the ceremony has been conducted, a certified copy will be provided. Additional certified copies can be purchased for $3.00 each.
Keepsake certificates are also available and can be purchased for $10.00.
The Marion County Clerk of Court ceremony room is located in the Clerk’s Annex Building
at 19 NW Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida.
