Pursuant to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, the Office of the Marion County Clerk of Court and Comptroller is not allowed to accept documents by email for filing in court cases. Additionally, we neither accept nor forward communications to a judge’s office. Therefore, we take no action on document(s) submitted to our office via email without prior authorization.
