The Clerk’s Office does not contract with individuals or businesses to collect unclaimed funds or surplus funds from tax deed or foreclosure sales on behalf of anyone. If you are contacted by someone who claims to be contracted by the Clerk’s Office to do so, you may wish to report such contact to your local law enforcement agency.
