For your convenience, the Office of the Marion County Clerk of Court and Comptroller is now offering Electronic Certified Court and Official Record Documents for purchase online.
Electronic certified documents use advanced encryption features to produce a tamper-proof electronic certified document that will include a unique Clerk of Court digital signature.
To purchase an Electronic Certified Court or Official Record Document online, the document must be in a viewable electronic format. If the case and/or document is not available for viewing on the website, certified copies of these documents can still be obtained by visiting the Clerk’s Office in person.
To obtain a copy of a court record, you will need to know the case number. If you do not know the case number, you can search for it using our Office’s Online Court Records Search website: https://www.civitekflorida.com/ocrs/county/42/.
To obtain a copy of an official record, you can search by name, instrument number, or book and page. If you do not have this information, click here to search the Official Records of Marion County.
