Electronic Filing of Court Records in Marion County
The Marion County Clerk’s Office is accepting electronic filings in all Court Departments. Those wishing to electronically file court records must do so by using Florida’s eFiling Portal (commonly referred to as the “ePortal”) at www.myflcourtaccess.com. Attorneys and self-represented parties can file through the ePortal. All users are required to register and use an assigned user name and password.
