The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers reports that:

The Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS) application is scheduled to be upgraded with the implementation of the ASM/VOR release the evening of June 8, 2021.

Recently, in preparation for the upgrade to the CCIS Access Security Matrix (ASM)/View on Request (VoR) release, an email and an information sheet were sent to all active CCIS users (see attached) highlighting key changes introduced with this upgrade. One of the most noticeable changes is how users will be provided access to cases. Currently, user access to cases is determined based on a case’s Uniform Case Number (UCN) court type. With the implementation of this release access will change to use a matrix case type approach.

Also, at the time of upgrade, existing CCIS user accounts will be retained and mapped to their corresponding ASM role.
