Case Search Help
The fastest known retrieval method is to use the case number. Remember, case numbers are in the State of Florida, Uniform Case Number format. For your reference, the uniform case number format as decreed by the Supreme Court is:
| County Designator |
42 |
| Year Designator |
2000 |
| Court Type |
CF |
| SequentialNumber |
000001 |
| Party/DefendantIdentifier |
A/N (4) |
| Branch Location |
A/N (2) |
The more name information you provide the faster your search will return. For simple name searches, use the format LAST NAME FIRST with no commas. For example: Jones John (Title suffixes, such as Jr. Sr., III, should not be included with names used in searches.)
