Plat Online

Plats are available online through the Clerk’s Office Extranet. Access to the Extranet is a fee-based service and is provided at $150.00 annually. Please contact the Administration Department for more information and to register for access. Once payment has been received, you will be assigned a password which will allow a login from our home page.

Plats, Maintenance Maps, Department of Transportation Maps, and Right of Way Maps may also be obtained at the Records Center located at: 1219 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Fl.

 
When requesting copies of plats through the mail please include:
 
·         The plat book & page,
·         The name of the subdivision (if known),
·         The legal description which includes the lot and block
 
Plats are available in 24” x 36” at a cost of $5. per page, or 8½” x 14” at a cost of $1. per page.
 
Written requests for copies of plats should include payment by check or money order and be mailed to:
