Foreclosure Sales

The official location for the foreclosure sales has been in the Jury Assembly Room of the Marion County Judicial Center. The Clerk’s Office is working to transition all foreclosure sales to be held on-line. Until such time as all sales have been noticed for the on-line process, there will be 2 listings of sales below, one for sales being held in the courthouse and one for sales being held on-line.

The Clerk is now setting all foreclosure sales to be held online at www.marion.realforeclose.com. Please go to that website and register in order to view bidding instructions, view properties set for online sales, make actual bids and make deposits and/or payments.

 
Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to public records requests, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
