Family - Notice by Publication

When the address and location of an opposing party is unknown, an indigent party is permitted to provide notice by posting a "Notice of Action" in three separate places. The Marion County Clerk posts such notices in the Courthouse, at Ocala City Hall, and here on the Clerk's website.
