E-filing

Currently, the Marion County Clerk’s Office is accepting electronic filings in Probate, Dependency, and Circuit Civil Cases. Those wishing to electronically file court records must do so by using Florida’s eFiling Portal (commonly referred to as the “ePortal”) at www.myflcourtaccess.com. Only attorneys can file through the ePortal. All users are required to register and use an assigned user name and password.
