Attorney Registration

Attorneys wanting remote viewing capabilities will need to complete and sign the attached Registration Agreement to View Records Online and return it to the Clerk’s office via email at marionaccess@marioncountyclerk.org.
 
Certain agencies, entities, or law firms wanting to register multiple users also will need to complete and sign the attached Agency Registration Agreement to View Records Online and return it to the Clerk’s office via email at marionaccess@marioncountyclerk.orgPlease note:  This option is not yet available, but will become functional in the future.
